Cross-Platform Play Enabled on Fortnite for PS4 and XBox One

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players were in for a surprise over the weekend upon discovering that cross-platform play is now possible on Fortnite. This feature is not publicized yet, but many players have been posting proof after proof on the /r/FORTnITE reddit group.
