Nintendont GameCube controller issue - The Independent Video Game Community

I am using a GameCube controller adapter with my Wii U and I cannot get my GC controller to work with Nintendont. I have updated to the latest version of Nintendont and downloaded the controller zip. I found several places that said not to plug in the GC controller adapter until the game has
