A Variety of Observations and Complaints - Bambu Lab X1 Series

I took a video of my X1 Carbon during bed leveling. I wish someone could explain me exactly what is going on. Sometimes the extruder vibrates for a while; sometimes the bed descends and ascends; sometimes it takes 3 taps and sometimes 5. Very puzzling. When unloading filament, the extruder runs all over the place, wasting a lot of time. Why does it not just check that the extruder temperature is reasonable, and unload the filament? I would prefer that the extruder temperature
