PC - Terraria will not fully download on Steam.

I have been trying to download Terraria, but it gets to around 60 to 80% and just stops, the download is still in progress but nothing else downloads. I have been trying to find a solution to this problem but have had no luck. I will upload a picture of what it looks like in the download section.
