Having spent 50 years in the restaurant business, Desmond Rice is no stranger to the changes that our little metro city has gone through over the years. The new ambience screams retro-vintage with high and airy ceilings and an open floor plan along with the art from local artists and a mix of Indian and western classics playing in the background. The decor and general vibe of Tycoons might have changed but you better believe the food still tastes as good as you remember it from years ago!
